Privacy notice

This notice covers the website desyr.chat. The desyr app has its own privacy policy for the companies that use it.

Visiting the website

The website runs on servers at Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. To deliver the pages and keep them secure, our web server briefly records your IP address, the time, the page you asked for and your browser’s name. These records are deleted after 14 days. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

No tracking, no third parties

There is no analytics, no advertising and no social media plugin on this site, and every file, including the fonts, comes from our own server. If you use the language or light/dark switch, your choice is kept in your own browser (a cookie named “lang” and a local storage entry named “theme”) and is never sent anywhere else.

The pilot request form

When you send the form, we receive your name, company, email address, team size, the name you’d like for your space and your message. We use them only to answer your request and to set up a pilot space if you want one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The website does not store them: they are passed on as a message to our team’s group in the Telegram messenger (Telegram FZ-LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates), which is outside the EU. We delete your request once it is dealt with, at the latest after 6 months, unless it leads to a contract.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we have about you, and have it corrected, deleted, restricted or handed over to you. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
